Research
My research mainly focuses on Human-Computer Interaction, especially deep on XR, Shape-changing Display, Haptics, and Perception. This is reflected explicitly in studying how users perceive the physical objects at the intersection of the real world and virtual space, including Visual and Haptic elements, and how we can design an immersive and joyful environment for the future world. I am also interested in UI/UX design. Background
I obtained my MSc in Multimedia and Entertainment Technology (Applied Design Psychology stream) from the School of Design, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, in 2021. I earned my B.Eng in Network Engineering from the National Pilot School of Software, Yunnan University, in 2019. During my undergraduate study, I was a member of Smart Edge Lab and was supervised by Prof. Mingxiong ZHAO.
